What is PEVO?
PEVO is is a customized program to update your car park. It is applicable to most of the parking lots with more than 5 years of operating life (Europark, Classic, Elegance ...), in order to extend its operation beyond the originally designed service life and in some cases, adding new features.
In order to design this solution, Parkare performs a full customized study of each parking lot, which can be free for the customer based on the final volume contracted. This study is divided into three consecutive phases (technical audit, project and supply).
The number of failures is reduced by up to 70% in only after 4 months from the implementation of life extension program elements.

In February of this yearthe renovated car park from El Corte Ingles in Arroyomolinos (Madrid) opened its doors. El Corte Ingles is a Spanish distribution group that is mainly based in the Department Stores market.
The Car park of El Corte Ingles Madrid Xanadu, located in Arroyomolinos, is part of a bigger renovation project carried out along the whole country. Other 5 car parks in Barcelona, País Vasco, Murcia and Andalusia were already renovated between 2014 and 2015. The total scope of the project is much larger and it will be completed between 2016 and 2017.
Parque Arauco Kennedy celebrates 10 years (Chile)
The car park at the mall Parque Arauco in Santiago de Chile celebrates 10 years. Parkare was the manufacturer chosen by the customer for the installation of the management system and vehicle control. This mall was the first in Chile which installed a payment system.
