Just a few meters away from the City of Arts and Sciences, AQUA Multiespacio is the first shopping center in the Comunidad Valenciana that brings together leisure, commerce, tourism and business spaces.
In terms of vehicles, its car park serves almost 1.5 million customers, making it one of the busiest shopping centers in the area.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND NEEDS
 
The parking system implemented in 2007 became outdated after more than 16 years of service and good performance.Customers had the need to update their parking facilities to evolve towards more advanced technology that would allow them to meet the needs of an increasingly demanding user.
After evaluating different alternatives and products offered, the client decides to continue relying on CAME PARKARE for the installation of their high-end PKE equipment, configured with all the necessary features to become a ticketless parking system.
 
THE PROCESS
 
A very competitive proposal for installation was presented both economically and in terms of execution times. During the process, delivery commitments were respected, and the car park was up and running within a record time of 4 weeks.
The customer gave a very positive evaluation of the process, highlighting aspects such as the excellent relationship with the project manager and the high degree of customization of the products and maintenance plans to meet their needs.
